The Electric Driven Gas Booster System DEZEGA HIHPG2 is a high-pressure system to fill off high-pressure bottles of oxygen with maximum comfort and safety. DEZEGA HIHPG2 is necessary equipment for closed-circuit SCBAs of P-30EX, P-70 type and other self-contained breathing apparatuses with compressed oxygen.

Description

An Electric Driven Gas Booster System DEZEGA HIHPG2 is ideal for filling off high-pressure bottles. It's designed to increase gas pressure from a cascade storage system from as low as 2 MPa (300-psi) up to 27,5 MPa (4000-psi) to allow filling cylinders or test vessels.

Capabilities can be optionally ordered to meet Your requirements:

  • Automatic digital START and STOP high Limit Switch: Check inlet pressure from the cascade storage system and stops the system when the pressure drops below the set point and automatically restarts when the pressure exceeds 2,4 MPa (350-psi). Factory set at 2 MPa (300-psi) - adjustable.
  • Automatic digital START and STOP low Limit Switch: Check outlet pressure from the high pressure boost system and stops the system when the pressure exceeds the set point and automatically restarts when the pressure drops approximately to 20 MPa (3000-psi). Factory set at 27,5 MPa (4000-psi) – adjustable.
  • Inlet hose assembly: 2-meter long with G3/4 connector on one end
  • Outlet high pressure adjustable regulator: 0-34,5 MPa (0-5000-psi)
  • Outlet 4-port manifold: Stainless Steel block, with middle ports plugged with independent gauges, shutoff valves, vent valves, and two different outlet ports with connection according to the customer's request
